When registering for the Regatta the group leader should enter all the members of the team so as to obtain a cheaper accommodation and a discount by "JADROLINIJA" (sea ship company). In case they overlook it they stand to pay the full price. All the participants have to check their return ticket by the 28th of Decembre 2011.
"Jadrolinija" is granting a 50% price reduction to the fare price:to the competitors, for their cars with trailers or with yachts on top or the club yachts participating in the Hvar Regatta 2011/2012.
The above mentioned reduction is valid from the 25th of December 2011. till 7th of January 2012 on the following lines
BARI – STARI GRAD – BARI
ANCONA – SPLIT – ANCONA
SPLIT – HVAR – SPLIT
SPLIT – STARI GRAD – SPLIT
DRVENIK –SUCURAJ –DRVENIK
To benefit the reduction one has to buy a separate ticket to and from (leaving and returning) in the port of leaving, meaning that the tickets will be issued in "Jadrolinija" agencies only in Rijeka, Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Drvenik and "Amatori" agency in Anconi, and "Lorusso" agency in Bari, Italy.
The return ticket will be made valid by the signature and the stamp of the SC ZVIR to all. Tickets missing this authorization by the Organizer Authority will not be recognized, as valid i.e. one will have to pay up to the full amount of the price.
"Jadrolinija" agencies will notify the ferries on the above mentioned lines of the reduction and conditions of benefiting.
