SCHEDULE OF RACES
The starting time of the first race is 28. 12. 2009. at 10 a.m.. Other races will be sailed according to the Sailing instruction. Nine (9) races will be sailed out of which a minimum of 3 races must be completed. Four (4) and/or more races will constitute a series, the least successful being discarded.
RULES
All races will be governed by the 2009 - 2012 Racing Rules of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF), the Class Rules and sailing Instruction if not changed and/or amended by these sailing Instruction on the official Notice Board
ELIGIBILITY
Any local and foreign competitors registered with their national Sailing Association in 2009 are eligible to enter and therefore should present the valid certificate of their boat measurement.
SCORING SYSTEM
The individual regattas will be scored using
the low point system
CATEGORY
This regatta shall rank as a category C according to ISAF regulations and Optimist class Rules
SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
Sailing instructions will be at the sailor disposal in the Race office in S.C. ZVIR starting from 8 a.m. December 25th, 2009.
ENTRIES
Entry fee of 17 euro shall be charged
Entries should be lodged at the Race Office in SC "Zvir", not later than the 20. 12. 2009.(late entry 10% plus)

BENEFITS
50% discount is granted to local ferryboat service fees for all the participants, their trailers, boats and cars
Sailing boats allowee to participate have to report to the Regatta Board in J.K. ZVIR (first floor) and fill the Regatta Entry Form. Participating right will be granted to all competitors with valid Regatta Entry Form, valid Mesurment Certificate and those verified for the 2009. regatta by their respective National Association. It stands to be proved by original documents.
The Organiser declines any responsibility for any body or material damage of the contestants,their bopats or third parties prior,in the course and following the Regatta.

- Hand down cup for OPTIMIST class
The Organizing Authority reserves rights to changes and/or amendments related to prize awards
N.B. : Z. Roic Memmorial Cup is a permanently owned by SC"ZVIR"
All the hand down cups are the property of the SC"ZVIR"
When registering for the Regatta the group leader should enter all the members of the team so as to obtain a cheaper accommodation and a discount by "JADROLINIJA" (sea ship company). In case they overlook it they stand to pay the full price. All the participants have to check their return ticket by the 28th of Decembre 2009.
