35th^th International New Year's Regatta and Laser Europa Cup 2011 were planned to finish with prize giving (ILCA cubes) to best Laser sailors in year 2011. Unfortunalety ILCA had some problems with calculation of final results, so ceremony was first postponed and then canceled (new date and location will be published by ILCA)

Chairman of the International jury, mr Miroslav Bjelajac was choosen to lead this ceremony and we planed to take this opportunity to present the whole International jury and to sincerely thank and wish them all the best. As the ceremony was unexpectedly canceled we are using this opportunity to thanks:

To all boat owners and our citizens who help the regatta in any way. Sorry if we forgot to mention anyone, it was not on purpose.

Once again thanks to president of SC Zvir, his idea was to held the opening ceremony in Arsenal, old shipyard of Hvar's galley Zvir which participadet in Battle of Lepanto in 1571. year.

At the end thanks to town of Hvar and Mayor Pjerino Bebić who is also president of the Tourist board, to director of Tourist Board Tanja Miličić, administration of Sunčani Hvar d.d. and especially director of sales Dan Vidošević, to citizens of Hvar and all friends of sailing.

We hope that this co-operation with all of you successfuly continue in this and in the next years
